Carrie Battiato graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctor in May of 2006.

Carrie M. Battiato graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctor in May of 2006. While at Stetson, she became a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity and completed the Stetson's Honors Program. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in 2003 from the University of Indianapolis, where she majored in both Philosophy and English.

Carrie has been a law clerk with Callahan Martinez since January 2005. Currently residing near Cleveland, Ohio, Carrie works remotely and conducts legal research and prepares various motions, memoranda, and briefs for the firm.
