Jennifer Worden graduated from the University of Florida in December 1997 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts, both with honors, from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and received her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in April 2001.

During law school, she clerked for Callahan Law Firm in Tallahassee, Florida. After law school, she continued in private practice in Tallahassee with Callahan Law Firm, which became Callahan & Martinez in November 2002.

She moved with the firm to St. Petersburg, Florida in July 2002. She primarily handles civil lawsuits involving bodily injury and insurance bad-faith. She is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida.
