Kyle W. Maxson graduated from the Florida State University College of Business in May 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Multi-National Business, and received his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in May 2006.

While attending law school, Mr. Maxson was employed as a Law Clerk for the Florida Department of Transportation in Tallahassee, Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2006, Kyle joined the firm of Callahan Martinez, L.L.C. where he primarily focuses his practice in handling lawsuits involving civil litigation defense. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Saint Petrsburg Bar Association.

Mr. Maxson moved to the Saint Petersburg area in May 2006. Born into a military family, he has lived in all corners of the country, including North Dakota, California, Texas, Nebraska and Virginia.
